In an effort to better communicate with its customers, the Commission is building e-mail subscription lists, maintained in connection with the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA). The Commission continues to provide copies of workers' Compensation Opinions. In addition, the Commission is investigating building subscription lists to provide General Information and Information for Attorneys. (If you prefer to receive only monthly copies of VWC Reviews issued or updated during that month, or if you need any assistance, please send an e-mail to webmaster@workcomp.virginia.gov with your request.) Please note that we do not sell or rent our subscribers' information to any outside company or organization. We do not reveal specific information about subscribers or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except if required to do so by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act or other law.
